Before continuing, please confirm that the tickets you have ordered are correct, as tickets are not transferable or refundable. If you do order the wrong tickets, you may be subject to a £5.00 admin fee, at the discretion of Flagship Portsmouth Trust.
Tickets bought from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard are valid for one year, and give you one entry to each of the attractions. Tickets may not be valid for certain special events (please check before visiting). All attractions are subject to availability. Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Trust reserves the right to refuse entry.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select which type of ticket you require, and enter the number of tickets required against the ticket type, click 'add selection to cart', to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTED TICKETS AVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE.
To claim a promotion, student or other such discount, tickets must be purchased from the visitor centre on your day of visit.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and Handling:
A standing booking charge of £1.50 will be made per transaction to cover administration costs. Tickets will not be mailed out, you will receive a conformation letter which can be exchanged for tickets at our information desk. This will be mailed out by 1st class post to UK addresses and via surface mail to non UK addresses.
Festival of Christmas Tickets will be sent by Recorded Delivery to UK addresses.
Delivery Schedule
PLEASE ALLOW 5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF HISTORIC DOCKYARD TICKETS.
Christmas Festival tickets will be sent as soon as they become available.
If purchasing a season ticket you will be sent a the letter of confirmation which you will need to bring with you on your first visit and we will then issue you with your photo card (as photograph has to be taken on site). Only one photo card per household.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
